Dr. Tam Pham graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Dr. Tam is also a certified Acupuncture provider through the Clinical Acupuncture Certificate Program at CMCC.

After suffering an ankle injury and undergoing surgery, he was told he wouldn’t be able to run for at least 6 months. Immediately, Dr. Tam applied his knowledge of chiropractic and rehabilitation and was able to run and complete the Tough Mudder event in Toronto 3 months later. Dr. Tam has experience with a wide variety of patients, including athletes, weekend warriors, office workers, the elderly and motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients. 

Prior to Hybrid Health & Fitness, he provided treatment out of the GoodLife Plaza Club’s Health Centre (100 Yonge Street) and other clinics around the city. In addition, he worked with in- and out-patients of Markham-Stouffville Hospital. In 2015, he was selected to be a medical provider for staff and athletes at the 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games – the largest multi-sport event hosted in Canada.
Dr. Tam believes in individualized care and uses evidenced-based research to treat and prevent future injuries to help achieve your optimal health and personal fitness goals.

Dawn Marie has treated clients with Registered Massage Therapy since 2004. Her treatments encompass relaxation/stress reduction, releasing muscle tightness, fascial scar tissue, trigger point therapy (“releasing those knots”), piriformis & patellar femoral pain syndrome (runner’s knee), pregnancy massage, and various other conditions.
Her techniques include: Swedish, myofascial release, acupressure.

Dawn Marie’s RMT tailors each treatment to include: goals, assessment, treatment planning in order to treat the cause of the client’s challenges; with respect to physical and emotional well being.
Dawn Marie appreciates the importance of balancing family, work, social life, selfcare; massage therapy, stretching, strength training, and education.

She has continued studying Fascial Stretch Therapy, Animal Flow, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Jacob Burn is a Registered Massage Therapist that looks to work with you to improve your quality of life. Early in his career, he established success through the development of personalized treatment plans. These individualized programs allowed him and his clients to achieve results by pairing manual therapy with functional movement re-patterning. Jacob is motivated to help progress you toward your health and fitness goals. He looks forward to working with you to improve performance, prevent and recover from injury, reduce stress, and/or maintain your current healthy state.

Alina Rehkopf is a registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).

Whether it’s your first session or hundredth time experiencing acupuncture, cupping, or any other modaility of Chinese medicine, Alina will make sure you feel comfortable and cared for when you come to see her. Mixing the best of traditional Chinese medicine techniques with current knowledge, her treatments are relaxing, to the point, and help you get the results you want.

Not sure if acupuncture is the right therapy for you? To start, most people come to Alina looking for relief from aches, pain, or injuries. As a powerlifter and ultimate fribee player, Alina loves helping people get back into their sport after chronic pain or injury.
