Dr. Tam performs workplace ergonomic assessments, health fairs, corporate wellness lunch and learns, and health talks. He has a wealth of knowledge/education related to health and fitness that he can share with you to help you become healthier. Dr. Tam can provide a thorough check of your workstation and make recommendations regarding:
- Proper ergonomic position of keyboard, mouse, chair and monitor
- Taking frequent breaks
- Exercises/stretches at the desk
- Proper seated and standing posture
