Golf Fitness

 Dr. Jory is trained to assess and determine what weaknesses and limitations you have in your body that could be affecting your golf swing. He can then prescribe a very thorough personal training program to improve these weak and/or tight muscles. This combined with treatments will remove limiting factors thereby improving overall golf performance.
Note: this is different then a swing analysis – the goal is improving
your golf fitness – not teaching you how to swing properly. Consult a Canadian PGA professional for this type of education and training.
