Dr. Jory Basso, BSc(Hon), Dip SIM, CSCS, DC, found his passion for sports therapy and chiropractic care after suffering numerous injuries during high school sport. His many rehabilitation sessions provided exposure to various types of therapy. This fueled his interest in studying human anatomy, physiology, nutrition, biomechanics, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries and conditions.
From early on Dr. Jory realized that he needed to create multifaceted treatment plans to help maximize patient results. When creating a patient’s ‘hybrid treatment plan’ he draws on over a decade of experience with elite athletes, weekend warriors and office workers. By combining the best therapies, patient education on nutrition, stress reduction, stretching and strengthening – Dr. Jory will have you back to doing the things you love as soon as possible!
